A podcast that helps you understand your kids big emotions & big behaviors, while breaking generational cycles

Lauren Pace, a children's book author and parenting coach, uses her volcano analogy to explain emotional outbursts and intense behaviors.

Imagine we are all like volcanoes. When our kids lava gets to the top, their volcano explodes.

Simply focusing on the eruption and attempting to stop the explosion won’t prevent the behavior from recurring.

This podcast guides parents in understanding what's happening inside their kids' volcanoes—and their own—to help calm the lava and regulate emotions at home.

Listen to this top-rated podcast to break cycles, build connection, and come to love parenting.

Podcast Love

This is a great podcast for the whole family!

Lauren has taught me so much about being a better wife, mother and friend. Her podcast has helped me in all of my relationships in life. It's amazing how the things she teaches are applicable to my 3 year old autistic son and my 1 year old. I've used what I've learned as I babysit kids a lot older too. So versatile and really, she's teaching overall how to be a better, more emotionally healthy human even into adulthood. Lauren is making a huge difference in the world, starting at home with my family. Thank you!

So awesome and down to earth

I love learning from other moms, and this mama here has a knack for making you feel heard and not alone because her info is so simple but life changing. Motherhood ain't for the weak, but it feels validating knowing other moms have been thru this same struggle and are now sharing what has worked for them. This will be my weekly podcast to listen now.

LISTEN. Please. You'll be so happy you did.

I am always learning new nuggets from Lauren. I apply the things I learn from her DAILY. Wherever you are at in your parenting journey, I promise you will come away with nuggets of gold from this podcast. Love!!!

Validation through learning

Lauren is so good at making me feel validated as a mom but also giving me tangible tips to go implement to become better. She reminds me what is possible and that motherhood doesn't have to look like it used to. Thank you so much for taking the time to teach
